Who runs the waitlist?

What we collect and why

When you join, we collect your email address, your signup time, and the page you signed up from. We use these to manage the Bonk waitlist and send the early-access invitations, launch news, and occasional development updates you requested. Joining is optional, and the signup button records your agreement to these emails.

Where your email goes

We use HubSpot to store waitlist contacts and manage email communications. HubSpot also processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect its service. See HubSpot's privacy policy. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable data-transfer arrangements.

We do not sell your email address or add you to unrelated Traverse marketing lists. This waitlist page does not load HubSpot's tracking script or use advertising cookies.

After launch

Your signup remains for Bonk invitations and product updates only. We will not create a paid account or charge you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. We keep the information while you remain subscribed and the waitlist or its updates are active. If we stop the project, we will delete the waitlist. We may keep a minimal suppression record to respect an unsubscribe request.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent, ask for a copy or correction of your information, or request deletion by emailing jasper@traverse.nl. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
